I loved the story, one of my favorites so far. It's written in a very fun tone, and the story has just the right combination of reality and absurdity... I hope it gets some great illustration. I am reading these stories with the purpose of illustrating one, and though I love this one, I don't think my illustrations would do it justice. Good luck, and if there are no bidders, maybe I can help you out with some of it

Thanks for your kind comments and modesty! Luckily the picture you see attached is one of a set by the talented Nacho Rodriguez, who produced the delirious Mr. Coo (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal /view/232554), veering more into the outright absurd and definitely worth your time.
His girlfriend Cecilia Deshayes was also on hand to provide some beautiful watercolours for the artwork.
I'll be sure to keep you posted when we submit the final thing.

Incidentally, I do admire your work. I think you're heavily underrated (your "MK: She-Spider" was eccentrically gorgeous) and you'd probably do well producing your own tale with your personal way of storytelling.
If you're interested, I'd be happy to collaborate with you sometime if want words to go with your pictures.

"This story is NOT an attempt at hair-pin-bend trigger-happy balls-to-the-wall FBF hentai-maniac game-parodying shenanigannary. NO REALLY, IT'S NOT!"

Well thankfully, Newgrounds is comprised of an audience that couldn't be more different :P

Great news for everybody! Not to diss the whole hair-pin-bend trigger-happy balls-to-the-wall FBF hentai-maniac game-parodying shenanigannary crowd.
They're a proud and admirable people. :D

woah's

Yeah's! Cheers's, dude's!

This was incredibly well-written, and the illustrations, voice acting, and sound effects on the finished version suit the mood, perfectly. Very clever and couldn't have been executed better.

Thanks a lot for your kind comments! Glad you liked it!

great book/movie. one of the best i've seen. i have actually been thinking of flash as a new medium for like comic books and stuff. well, i also liked that your movie was pretty long and not, (like many other people do (me too lol)), made a short film or split it up into different chapters or pieces. they just want to submit it as fast as possible and are submitting unfinished work. i hope you understood what i ment (couse english is my second language) :), and can't wait to see more of you here soon!

Such artistic splendor! You did all right, too.

Haha, cheers!

Very entertaining story man. I left a review about it. It was a lot better than I thought it would be. Would be cool to see another one by you sometime. Keep up the style, was pretty refreshing on this boring, bleak Thursday night. ;)

I like the ending

Pleasant to read through. If only it were as readable in the flash...

Not much more to add from the comment I left, and it's late.

P.S.: Wine I can't stand, normal beer I generally can't stand, but for some reason, I can stand Guiness. Oh, and I don't like the taste of blood ^^

Hello there, yet AGAIN, AdamCook------>
I just wanted to FIRST of all, thank you for your infinitely kind words and the dog ear as well. I find your writing skills to be immaculately executed and the selection you made for voices and artwork fit PERfectly hand in hand, with one another. I hope to find MORE unique experiences similar to this very one.
Like I said, I'm no level 42, *snirks at you sarcastically* but I AM head over heels in love with this place we have come to know as. . . N-E-W-G-R-O-U-N-D-S! *thrusts my left arm up, in a weak attempt to show the excitable but terribly apathetic and equally much so, a procrastinator sort of little kid*
Excuse me. I'll stop now. Until next time. . .

...........Take care, be good and obsess.period

haha i believe my last comment expressed my thoughts on the story.
would be great if you could keep me up to date on your next entry.
there are a lot of sites where something like this would be a lot more appreciated, maybe even a blog of sorts, you really deserve the credit you're owed as a writer and artist.
keep up the incredible work

very good! i thouroughly enjoyed that story(sorry the spelling) that lifted my spirits and i learned a little that flash doesnt have to move it just has to be downright good bravo.

Flash is all about enabling you creatively; you can express yourself in virtually any manner you please, limited only by your faith in your own abilities.
Thank you so much for enjoying our work, and absolute best of luck to you in your own projects!

I really liked the animation, it was completly very good and thanks for the response, anyways the best part of this animation was when it's turned into a book. And you have to drag down the pages on the bottom so you can go to the next page, that was a very good idea.

Honestly, i hope you make a new animation, i really wanna see it, anyways are you planning to make a new animation? I really hope so.
Nice animation for your first, like i said, you guys deserve a Daily Second, i really enjoyed this.

Hey again, mate! Yep, I'm working pretty hard getting a new project together, but I'm still figuring out my best next move and getting the right people on board. Tough process this whole entertainment business, but I'm sure that once again it'll be well worth the effort! If you like, I'll keep you posted when my next work arrives.
Cheers for commenting!

Oh yeah, sorry about this. Remember on my reviews? I read your description and you said there were some comedy lol. I'll do it for you: Comedy: 10/10. And try to finish your project, I used to suck at writing reviews but now I'm pretty much an expert now. Sorry. lol.

Hey don't worry about it, and thanks for the updated score! Glad to see you're writing so many reviews and working on making them really in-depth; you don't see that kind of dedication anymore. I know it would exhaust me even if I wanted to try it myself, and it's very helpful to us authors to get feedback and critique.

Project's going well; will let you know when it's ready.

Cheers!
